Our designer was exceptionally helpful in determining which treatments to select, and she patiently walked us through all of our options. The company was responsive when I checked on status, and communicated frequently throughout the process. They gave me the option of installing products as they became available, which is highly unusual in our busy market. Our installer was amazing – everything was installed correctly and no mess was left behind. Finally, the installer spent time explaining how to work the shutters, how to paint/repair them if needed, etc. Overall our experience with Acadia was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.
