We recently had plantation shutters and a few woven shades installed throughout our new home by Acadia Shutters of Nashville and can’t stress how pleased we were with the entire process. We got scheduled for an appointment right away, our salesperson Inge Vermeylen was prompt for our initial consultation, very knowledgeable on her products as well as color selections and lead times. We did our due diligence by comparing other companies and reviewing their quotes. There were no hidden fees nor up charges and their costs were very reasonable for an outstanding product that immediately adds value to our home. Kameron came out to handle our install – he was also prompt, courteous, worked hard and did an excellent job installing each piece. Some of the shutters and one woven were not easy to install due to location and size but he made no mistakes on hanging them. He even finished in less time than we anticipated. Given the current supply chain delays, we went into it knowing it would take a few months but it was all worth it in the end! Very pleased customers!
