We work closely with builders interested in offering their homebuyers custom plantation shutters as upgrade option.
Builders and their sales agents promote Acadia’s products as an upgrade option to their homebuyers. Builder and agents are compensated based on the sales they generate. Additionally, Acadia will install shutters in the model homes at highly discounted prices in exchange for an exclusive agreement to market our shutters.

 Acadia Offers Builders Two Partnership Models: |
The affiliate model is the easiest for builders to implement. Essentially, Acadia requires only that builders and sales agents refer customers to us.
Acadia Shutters takes care of the rest. We'll create a marketing program, meet with homeowners, install the shutters and fulfill customer billing.

This model offers builders the option to directly re-sell shutters to the homeowners as an upgrade option.
Frequently, builders will bundle shutters into the price of the home. Acadia Shutters offers competitive pricing, quick turnaround times, installation and the highest level of customer service to our builder partners.
